Talla nan Sìorraidheachd is a grand library located at the centre of the world, holding records of every event, every discovery, every breakthrough to happen in the past, present and future. A treasure trove of knowledge, for those who dare to seek it.
And the caretaker of it all is, surprisingly, an energetic and eccentric young woman who simply goes by Librarian. She won't tell you anything about herself, but she'll welcome you so long as you have pure intentions. If not? Well, she'll be escorting you out. And she's much stronger than she looks.
It doesn't help the very library itself seems to be alive too...
Before she was calling herself Librarian, she was Lilias. An unlucky girl born in unfortunate circumstances, into a family that aspired to be more than it was. Knowledge-seekers who wanted to push the limits of mortality and used their children to do so; Lilias was considered a failure, never doing anything besides talk to her imaginary friend. Her friend happened to be the very essence of Talla nan Sìorraidheachd, though it wasn't... anything, at that point, just an entity of the world who attached onto a young girl.
When the experiments took their toll on her as she became an adult, the entity gave her a chance to live once more. And so together, they crafted the library of Lilias' dreams and a place of their own. Now this entity serves as the beating heart of the library, the two happily sharing their wealth of knowledge with any they see worthy. Or grow fond of, they have many repeat visitors.

First impressions.
Visual. Standing at an impressive 5'1", she tries to make herself larger and more imposing with her attitude and dress. Also has wavy pink hair she tends to tie up, and vivid green-blue eyes.
Fashion. Very formal and elegant at all times. However, she's rarely seen without a particular coat that's far too big for her.
Demeanor. Animated, vocal and wears her heart on her sleeve. Isn't the most patient and can be opinionated, but finds true joy in sharing knowledge with others.
Aural. Psudeo-Scottish accent, good luck trying to understand her when she gets worked up.
